The Mansion - The Mansion is beautifully decorated in a Victorian style. It features a spacious, three-story spiral staircase, wood panelled walls, coffered-beamed ceilings, fireplaces, oak floors, and antique touches throughout. Each of the rooms is individually decorated and fully furnished. The Mansion includes many picturesque settings for your wedding photography. The Mansion and its adjoining wings offer 40 rooms and suites and can comfortablely accommodate 110 guests. Local bed & breakfasts, country inns and hotels can accommodate another 200 guests.

The Dining - The restaurant is elegantly decorated with real fieldstone walls, a fireplace, and large windows open to the manicured grounds. The tables are covered in linen tableclothes and feature elegant chargers, fine stemware, and candles. Your wedding guest will enjoy all their meals expertly prepared by our award-winning chef featuring our regional specialities. Receptions can be hosted in either of our Governor's Room restaurant or in our Victorian Ballroom.

The Reception Venue - Our Victorian Ballroom features comfortable, air-conditioned seating for 100 with comfortable round tables and a spacious head table. Music and dancing can be accommodated in the Ballroom or in an adjoining room. Catering for the reception is handled by our award-winning restaurant staff. Wedding reception catering options are detailed in our Wedding Planner Guide. Outdoor wedding ceremony and receptions can accommodate upto 250 on our private, seculded landscaped lawns. Our attractive Wedding garden features a large water fountain and vine-covered pergola columns.

The Ceremony - You can choose whether to hold your bridal ceremony indoors or outdoors. Indoors we offer the Library with its Grand Fireplace, wood panelling, coffered ceilings, and Arch Columned Windows, it makes the perfect private wedding chapel. We have a particularly romantic Garden House available for warm weather ceremonies. An especially picturesque landscaped Wedding Garden is also available and features a large three level fountain and a twelve column pergola. We can assist you with your selection of Justice-of-the-Peace or denominational minister or priest.

Your Bridal Chamber - Celebrate your nuptial weekend in one of special rooms and suites. Reserve your Elope package early and you can be upgraded to our Governors Suite complete with a separate sitting room with a home theater system and fireplace, a private bath with whirlpool, and a separate bedroom chamber with a Queen-sized canopy bed and antique make-up desk and mirror.

Private Spa - We offer our Brides a unique and relaxing bridal party spa package that includes the use of our private Avera Spa. The Avera Spa is a private spa suite. It features an oversized mineral whirlpool, a Finnish cedar-lined steam Sauna room, a heated massage table with massage oils, an infra-red heat therapy Oak Sauna, an unique standing sun tanning area, Shiatsu massage chair, minibar and wine center, and a home theater system with a Plasma TV. Mostbridal partiesuse our private spa prior to their wedding to unwind and rejuvenate, and once prior to departure to celebrate their martimony.

Champangne Breakfast in Bed - What's better than a private in your room Champagne Breakfast in Bed following your honeymoon night. Our signature Champagne Breakfast in Bed includes a perfectly chilled bottle of Champagne, freshly baked Blueberry Crumb muffins, fresh Strawberries and Cream, orange juice or make your own Mimosas, a choice of: Almond Crusted French Toast with Genuine Vermont Maple Syrup, Smoke Salmon with Herbs Omelet, or the classic favorite Eggs Benedict.
